No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.

The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.

How to Use:
- Pour 30 ml (1 full cap) for a 4–5 kg load or 60 ml for a 6–7 kg load
- Add directly to the fabric softener compartment of your washing machine
- Do not pour directly onto fabrics
- Wash hands after use
