Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.
What this means for you: We include VAT in all prices and handle all customs duties for European customers. Your orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won't pay any additional fees on arrival.

This creamy porridge is suitable for vegetarians and comes in a recyclable glass jar. Produced on sustainable organic farms, every ingredient is carefully selected to ensure quality and taste. Individually approved by Stefan Hipp, a fourth-generation family owner, this baby food reflects a family commitment to nutrition and care.
Ingredients:- Milk preparation* (MILK* (50%), water, skimmed MILK* (17%), rapeseed oil*), wholemeal OAT flour* (5%), OAT flakes (2.3%), rice starch*, calcium carbonate, vitamin B1, vitamin A, vitamin D

- Stir well before serving. Use only plastic spoons.
- Serve at room temperature or warm by standing bowl in hot water.
