Sleep Token - Sundowning [Audio CD]

From June to November, through 12 tracks and passing seasons, Sleep Token reveals an evenly-spaced, precisely-timed sequence of recordings that stand as both individual touchstones and carefully aligned musical pieces, all informed by a common emotional thread plus a flow of graphics and videos specific to each song. The album "Sundowning" draws its name from the neurological phenomenon known as sundowning or sundown syndrome—a condition associated with increased confusion and restlessness in patients with delirium or dementia, typically occurring in the evening or at sunset. This thematic depth is mirrored in the band's atmospheric and emotionally charged sound, blending elements of alternative rock, post-metal, and electronic music. Sleep Token has already sold out major headline shows at London's Camden Underworld and Manchester Academy 3, reflecting their rapidly growing acclaim. This Audio CD release offers fans a physical embodiment of the digital and visual journey that defines the album experience.
