Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.
What this means for you: We include VAT in all prices and handle all customs duties for European customers. Your orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won't pay any additional fees on arrival.

This balanced blend combines vegetal notes of matcha with sweet fennel seeds and fresh citrus notes to deliver a bright, refreshing infusion. Enriched with manganese, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, this vegan-friendly tea offers a delicate sweet and aniseed flavour with a zesty kick from lemon peel.
Perfect as a pick-me-up when feeling sluggish, this green tea blend includes 36% green tea, 26% fennel seeds, 15% matcha, natural lemon flavouring, dandelion root, lemon peel (6%), and added manganese. Brew using freshly boiled water at 80–85°C and steep for 2–3 minutes before removing the tea bag.
Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
