These dried leaves are perfect for infusion or culinary use. For a soothing mint tea, steep a handful of leaves in hot water. They are also suitable for preparing healthier Meze dishes or traditional Turkish Cacık.
Ingredients: 4 cup plain yogurt, 2 cup cold water, 3 cucumber, 3 clove garlic (crushed), 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon olive oil (optional), 1/2 tablespoon Aksoy dry spear mint.
Instructions: Mix yogurt and cold water until well combined. Wash, peel, and chop cucumbers into the bowl. Add crushed garlic, salt, and 1/2 tablespoon Aksoy dry spear mint. Stir well. Distribute into small bowls and serve, optionally topping with olive oil drops and a garnish of dry spear mint.

Instructions:
For single serve, squeeze the washed lemon(1 Lemon), pour it into the glass, add honey(tsp) and
Aksoy dry spear mint(1 tbsp Note: use tea infuser and wait 5-7 min) . Add the hot water and give a stir.

Ingredients:
6 lemon
1/2 tablespoon Aksoy Dry Spear Mint
1, 5 glass sugar
5-6 glass of cold water
Instructions:
Squeeze the washed lemon, pour it into the jug and, add Aksoy dry spear mint, glass of sugar and cold water, mix well.
Keep in the fridge to let it cool at least for 30 minutes and absorb the flavours. Add the ice cubes and lemon slice and enjoy!

Lets do it at home;
Ingredients:
4 cup plain yogurt, 2 cup cold water, 3 cucumber, 3 clove garlic (crush them with garlic crusher), 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon olive oil (optional), 1/2 tablespoon Aksoy dry spear mint
Instructions:
Place the yogurt to the bowl and stir with cold water well until you make sure yogurt and water are mixed well.
Wash the cucumbers and peel them and then chop the cucumbers to the bowl and add the crushed garlic and after add 1 tablespoon Aksoy dry spear mint with salt. Stir all and make sure all mix well.
Distribute the Cacik to the small bowls evenly and it is ready to serve.
Drops of olive oil into the each small bowl and place Aksoy dry spear mint on to the olive oil drops.
