How to Use (Stovetop Method)
In a medium pot, mix 1 cup of HARUKA rice and 1.5 cups of water and lightly bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook with the lid on for approximately 20 minutes until all liquid has boiled away. Remove the pot from the stove top and let stand for 10 minutes, covered. This yields approximately 2.5 cups of cooked rice.
For use in an electric rice cooker, add 1 cup of rice and 1.5 cups of water and proceed according to the rice cooker's instructions.
