These versatile noodles require no pre-cooking — simply add them to your stir-fried ingredients and heat for 1–2 minutes until hot. They can also be prepared in the microwave: empty the noodles into a microwaveable bowl, add 10ml water, cover, and heat on full power (850W) for 1 minute. Stir to separate before serving.
