This Is Lorelei - Box For Buddy, Box For Star (Super Deluxe) [audioCD]

Box For Buddy, Box For Star (Super Deluxe) by This Is Lorelei

This Super Deluxe edition celebrates the enduring impact of Nate Amos's critically acclaimed 2024 label debut, 'Box For Buddy, Box For Star,' released under his solo moniker, This Is Lorelei. Following the success of the original LP and subsequent projects like 'Holo Boy' and collaborations featuring MJ Lenderman and Snail Mail, this collection reimagines every track from the breakout album.

This singular release gathers a constellation of Amos’s friends, family, and peers to offer fully reimagined versions of the original tracklist. Fans will discover unique interpretations, including a hushed and glitchy take from Hayley Williams and Daniel James's new project Power Snatch, a sweeping ballad from SASAMI, and pure guitar euphoria from Momma. The collection also features an unexpected pairing between Jeff Tweedy and fantasy of a broken heart, alongside contributions from Tim Heidecker and the long-awaited studio version of Waxahatchee’s take on “Where’s Your Love Now.”
