CMAT - EURO-COUNTRY [CD]

CMAT - EURO-COUNTRY [CD]

CMAT delivers her sophomore studio album, EURO-COUNTRY, a genre-bending exploration that reimagines traditional country music through a distinctly European lens. This 2025 release showcases the BRITs / Mercury / Ivors-nominated artist reckoning with themes of identity, belonging, fame, and the experience of being a woman in the music industry, all while blending contradictory moods of wide-eye drama and self-deprecation.

This album marks a significant creative step-up, featuring a palpable tonal shift characterized by determination and urgency. It fuses anthemic choruses rooted in Irish identity with contemporary European production and affirmative soul-pop influences, resisting easy categorization.
