For deep-frying: Tenderise Chicken/Firm Cotton Tofu/Aubergine. Dip in flour. Dip in beaten egg (can be left out for vegan). Dip in Yutaka Panko Breadcrumbs. Add at least 5cm of cooking oil to the deep fry pan and bring to 175°C. Deep fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden. Place on kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Alternatively, the Panko Breadcrumbs can be added into minced meat (or vegan replacement) for crunchiness or sprinkled as a topping on your favourite salad.
