Big Truck - Midday At The Middleway [Vinyl]

Big Truck presents Midday at the Middleway, a compelling debut from Laurie Vincent, known for his work with SOFT PLAY. This album marks a shift from raw intensity to atmospheric soundscapes, blending indie-pop melodies with cinematic scope and unique charm.

Formed with longtime friend Sam Coppins and a dedicated group of musicians, Big Truck delivers music that feels both spontaneous and expansive. The album features jangled hooks reminiscent of The Cure and The Smiths, layered with richer, widescreen textures. Lyrically, the songs are candid, wry, and deeply human, exploring the balance between life's joys and sorrows.
