Humbrol Precision Poly Cement is a solvent-based adhesive specially formulated for use with plastic model kits. It works by slightly melting the surface of common modeling plastics such as polystyrene and ABS, creating a strong welded bond between pieces.

The low viscosity formula allows for precise application, while the ultra-fine tube enables controlled delivery to small or detailed areas. A cocktail stick can also be used to apply the cement sparingly for intricate work.

Surface dry time is 10–20 minutes, with full drying achieved in approximately 1 hour. Drying times may vary depending on temperature and humidity. If not fully cured, excess cement can be re-dissolved using Liquid Poly or additional Poly Cement—once dry, the bond is permanent.

This 20ml clear cement comes in a plastic bottle and is suitable for model builders aged 8 years and over. Always use in a well-ventilated area and keep out of reach of children.
