Following two consecutive new Jethro Tull album releases in 2022 and 2023, the band unleashes "Curious Ruminant" on March 7, 2025. This album features nine tracks ranging from two and a half minutes to nearly seventeen minutes, showcasing mostly full band performances. Featured musicians include former keyboardist Andrew Giddings and drummer James Duncan, alongside current members David Goodier, John O'Hara, Scott Hammond, and guitarist Jack Clark, who makes his recording debut with the band.

The Special Edition CD Digipak presents the main album with high-quality packaging, offering fans an accessible physical format. Additional deluxe editions include expansive multi-format sets with Blu-ray content featuring Dolby Atmos and 5.1 Surround Sound mixes by Bruce Soord of The Pineapple Thief, as well as exclusive interview material and art prints.
