Odysea Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a Superior Category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Sourced exclusively from Koroneiki olives grown in the renowned Chania region of Crete, this PGI-protected oil benefits from an ideal microclimate along the Aegean Sea, producing a premium, intensely herbaceous oil rich in flavor and nutrition.
Harvested with care and cold-extracted within hours, this medium-strength olive oil preserves its natural taste and high levels of mono-unsaturated fats. It offers vibrant notes of grass, rocket, watercress, green bananas, tomatoes, and a pleasant peppery finish, making it perfect for drizzling, dressings, and marinades.
Suitable for vegans, this olive oil should be stored away from light and heat. Clouding or solidification at cold temperatures is natural and reverses at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Reject if seal is broken before opening.
